Hindol Deb is a traditional Indian sitarist and composer based in Cologne, Germany, extending the boundaries of Indian classical music. Trained in the authentic lineage of Hindustani classical music by his father Sri Panchanan Sardar and renowned gurus Pandit Santosh Bannerji and Pandit Deepak Choudhury, Hindol combines deep classical roots with contemporary musical exploration through jazz, world music, and cross-cultural collaboration.

A passionate collaborator, Hindol works with orchestras, jazz ensembles, world music groups, and contemporary artists to create innovative cross-cultural performances.
